Thank you for your email received by us on 1 February 2018 asking for information about the TfL Rail services.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked:

1) how many times there has been no TFL Rail service between Liverpool Street/Stratford and Harold Wood/Shenfield because of (a) planned closures as part of Crossrail construction work (b) Network Rail's Railway Upgrade Plan and (c) any other planned engineering or improvement works in each of the last 24 months

2) Please list the dates of the individual closures

3) How many more planned closures there will be on this stretch of the line in each month in 2018 and 2019?
