You asked

I would like to request a copy of the traffic management order for the mandatory directions of travel at the junction of Camberwell New Road and Brixton Road. Please could this be provided in PDF format, with searchable / selectable text, and inclusive of all schedules. Please note, this request is for the traffic order in its entirety, not only the part of the order relevant to the location mentioned above. Please do not provide any sort of "extract" that is anything less than the full document.

Thank you for your request which we received on 7 February 2024, asking for a copy of the traffic management order for the mandatory directions of travel at the junction of Camberwell New Road and Brixton Road..

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations (EIRs) and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require.

Please find the attached banned turn traffic order. Please note we are in the process of completing the statutory process on the prescribed route order at this location.

Please note that in accordance with TfL’s obligations under the Data Protection legislation some personal data has been removed, as required by Regulation 13 of the EIRs, because disclosure would be a breach of the legislation, specifically the first principle of the legislation, which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful.
