To Whom It May Concern,
Would it be possible to confirm if there was a road closure and diversion on the 15th October 2019 - 19th October 2019 between the hours of 22:00 - 05:00am and on then again on the 05th February 2020 between the hours of 22:00pm - 00:00 at the Minories / Tower Hill, London ( the east side of Tower Bridge ).

Thank you for your requests received by Transport for London (TfL) on 11 March 2020 asking if past maintenance works had taken place on the 15th October 2019 - 19th October 2019 between the hours of 22:00 - 05:00am and on then again on the 05th February 2020 between the hours of 22:00pm - 00:00 at the Minories / Tower Hill, London ( the east side of Tower Bridge ). You also asked for confirmation of a road closure and diversion on the 15th October 2019 - 19th October 2019 between the hours of 22:00 - 05:00am and on then again on the 05th February 2020 between the hours of 22:00pm - 00:00 at the Minories / Tower Hill, London ( the east side of Tower Bridge ).

The City of London closed Tower Bridge Road as part of their quarterly maintenance works. This was from 15 October 2019 - 19 October 2019 and then again on 4 February 2020 to 9 February 2020 for night works only between the hours of 22:00 – 05:00.
The diversion in place was Tower Hill - Lower Thames St - Upper Thames St - Southwark Bridge - Southwark St - Borough High Street - Tooley St (and then the reverse).
