Could you please tell me:
1 How many of the new hybrid buses operate on the 380 bus route?
2 What percentage of the total 380 fleet does this constitute?
Some days, you see 4 or 5 hybrid buses, one after the other, on the route. On other days, you never see a hybrid. It looks as if there are a small number, possibly being rotated between a number of routes, so I'd like to know exactly what the situation is please.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. your questions and our replies are as follows:
Could you please tell me:
1 How many of the new hybrid buses operate on the 380 bus route?
None – Route 380 is operated by Single deck Euro VI diesel vehicles. There are no single deck Hybrid vehicles in the London Bus Fleet. These are among the cleanest buses in the fleet as the engine and exhaust after treatment system cut the most harmful emissions. We are adopting more hybrid buses across the fleet to help reduce CO2 emissions which assist with climate change more widely across London.
2 What percentage of the total 380 fleet does this constitute?
