To whom it may concern Its recently been stated that Tfl has made 70 million pounds in Ulez fines. Where is this money going?. ,whose bank account is this money sitting in?? What is this money being used for ??

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 9 February 2025 asking for information about ULEZ.

 

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.

 

Any net revenue received from ULEZ is reinvested into running and improving London’s transport network, such as expanding bus routes in outer London. This revenue is paid into TfL’s Road User Charging account.
