Thank you for your requests received by Transport for London (TfL) on 6 February 2025 asking for information about the location of ULEZ cameras and signs between Kempton Park and Percy Road.
Your requests have been considered under the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
Request location of ULEZ cameras between Kempton Park and Percy Road
In accordance with the EIR, we are not obliged to supply this information as it is subject to a statutory exception to the right of access to information under regulations R12(5)(a) – international relations, defence, national security & public safety (in this instance specifically public safety), regulation 12(5)(b) – the course of justice, the ability of a person to receive a fair trial or the ability of the public authority to conduct and inquiry of a criminal or disciplinary nature – (in this instance specifically the course of justice), and regulation 12(5)(e) – confidentially of commercial or industrial information where such confidentiality is provide by law to protect a legitimate economic interest.

Please advise where the ULEZ signs are between Kempton Park and Percy Road
Motorists are made aware they are about to enter the ULEZ by the presence of the Department for Transport (DfT) specially authorised regulatory ‘Ultra Low Emission Zone’ entry signs. The number, location and orientation of the ULEZ signs required was carefully considered at each entry point to ensure the regulatory signs would be visible to motorists on all entry approaches to the ULEZ. There are a total of 1928 ULEZ signs. We are unable to advise where the signage is between Kempton Park and Percy Lane, however, we have provided details of the signage which is placed around the boundary near Kempton Park.
