Motor Vehicles registered for public hire i.e. Hackney Carriage or Private Hire relating to the period 1st November 2018 to 28th February 2019.
Specifically, I would like to know: (If any of these elements are not available, please supply the ones that are)
Vehicle registration
Manufacturer (Make)
Model
Date at which they were first licensed
Date at which the license ceased
Would you also please advise of any additional information that may be available that pertains to this request assuming it does not breach the Data Protection Act.
If possible, I would like the data supplied in spreadsheet format.

Thank you for your email received on 26 March 2018 asking for details of taxis and private hire vehicles licensed between 1st November 2018 and 28th February 2019.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
Please find attached spreadsheets showing Taxi and Private Hire Vehicles that were either renewed or were first licensed by TPH between 1st November 2018 to 28th February 2019.
Please note that these figures are not reflective of the current total number of ‘active’ taxi and private hire vehicles. The current number of active vehicles as of 23/04/2019 is Taxi = 19,995 and PHV = 88,449.
Below is the split of first licensed and renewed taxi and private hire vehicles over your requested period of time.
