Presently, we are working with the predicted data downloaded using "TfL’s live bus arrivals API", however, we would need, if it were possible, to obtain streams of actual arrivals and departures, in addition to the predicted ones. As we don't talk about personal data or protected data, I guess it shouldn't be a problem.

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you are requesting as our Countdown system only shows bus predictions and not live notifications of arrivals / departures. The only data feeds on bus arrivals we have are available at https://tfl.gov.uk/info-for/open-data-users/.
