Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 27 March 2019 asking for a further breakdown on the statistics for customer comments received.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
Please see the attached tables showing the number of customer comments received for the period 10/01/10 – 02/03/19, broken down by financial years. The ‘Safety Issues & Incidents’ category was introduced on 28/09/18.
As previously provided, I have also shown the number of contacts by the channel received and also by London Underground line where applicable, again shown by financial years.
