Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm we do hold the information you require. You asked for:

How many passenger alarms were physically pulled on trains on the southbound Northern line from Morden to Bank between January and March 2019?

There have been 21 incidents, where an alarm was physical pulled on the Northern line between Bank and Morden, from 1 January to 16 March 2019 (the latest data we have available).

The data includes all recorded incidents of delays of 2 minutes and over.
