Hi there, I’d like to make an FOI request regarding a property which I believe is owned by TFL. Please could you let me know what the plans are for this building? Is it planned to be restored? Would you consider renting it out? Thanks

Thank you for clarifying the location of the property on A503 / Seven Sisters Road.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.

I can advise that the building is vacant. It is part of a compulsory purchase order which has been granted to the London Borough of Haringey so we would not consider letting the building at this time.
