Hello,
Can I please request all documents covered by FOI legislation (Freedom of Information Act 2000) that in any way covers, refers to or mentions the land currently on long lease by TFL - the sportsgrounds called Gunnersbury Sports and Social Club and also known as Manor Way Sports Grounds, in the Gunnersbury Park Conservation Area (which includes the Gunnersbury Park residential estate and sports ground), including the lease contract itself and all attached terms and covenants.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on15 December 2023 asking for information about TfL’s lease of the mentioned sportsgrounds.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
Unfortunately, to provide the information you have requested would exceed the ‘appropriate limit’ of £450 set by the Freedom of Information (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004. Under section 12 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to comply with a request if we estimate that the cost of determining whether we hold the information, locating and retrieving it and extracting it from other information would exceed the appropriate limit. We estimate that it would take in excess of 18 working hours to locate the information you have requested which, calculated at £25 per hour for every hour spent on the activities described, exceeds the ‘appropriate limit’. Your request is non-specific, and a significant amount of time and resources would be required to identify any documents that would fall within the scope of your request, and then extract and collate any relevant information we may hold.
To help bring the cost of responding to your request within the £450 limit, you may wish to consider narrowing the scope of your request so that we can more easily locate, retrieve and extract the information you are seeking. For example, you may wish to request specific documents concerning the specified grounds. You should identify the information that you want as clearly and concisely as you can, specifying the types of document that you are looking for. Please note that we will not be taking further action until we receive your revised request.
