Concerning the previously provided information, please can you provide an additional answer to the following:
1) Why, as of 04/03/23, is the aforementioned location closed to public access?
2) What is being done to rectify this situation so that the space can be re-opened to the public?
3) Who will be bearing the costs for any remedial works?

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 4 March 2023 asking for information about Tottenham Court Road Station.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
Why, as of 04/03/23, is the aforementioned location closed to public access?
This is still closed to the public as the risk of slipping is still there, especially during wet weather.
What is being done to rectify this situation so that the space can be re-opened to the public?
A meeting is required to discuss potential solutions and for these to be taken forward.
Who will be bearing the costs for any remedial works?
TfL will be responsible for any remedial works.
