Dear TFL,
I am writing to formally request, under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, that you please provide the Impact Assessment/Statement analysing the impact Tottenham Hotspur's new 62,000 seater stadium will have on the local area.
If this request is too unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me as I understand that under the Act, you are required to advise and assist requesters. If any of this information is already in the public domain, please can you direct me to it, with page references and URLs if necessary.
I understand that you are required to respond to my request within the 20 working days after you receive this email. I would be grateful if you could confirm in writing that you have received this request.

Thank you for your request of 26th February 2019 asking for a copy of the Impact Assessment/Statement for Tottenham Hotspur’s new stadium.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
TfL does not hold the requested information. For planning applications it is the responsibility of the applicant to prepare the Transport Assessment and Environmental Impact Assessment. The role of TfL is to review the submitted material where relevant to our business. That said, all material relating to the planning application (including TfL’s response to the application) can be found on Haringey Council’s website. That documentation can be found on the following pages using reference HGY/2015/3000:
