I work for the xxxx and we would like to request a full list of postcodes affected by the ULEZ charge - including the Aug 2023 expansion. We require this to use as a lookup against our employees base and home postcodes to indicate if they maybe affected by the charge (expense claims etc)
Even if it is a list of the first 2 characters of the postcode (if that's what it's based on...?)

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 28th February 2023 asking for information about the ULEZ expansion.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:

I can confirm that we hold the information you require, which can be found in the attached spreadsheets. Please note that this information represents a snapshot in time and that the list can change over time as new postcodes are added or removed by Royal Mail.
