Hoxton station alarm
Request ID: FOI-3156-1920
Date published: 31 January 2020
‘The ‘Inspector Sands’ alarm has been going off frequently at night time in Hoxton station. My home is very close to the station and the alarm is so loud it wakes my household up. This must be affecting the quality of sleep or many people in the local area. This seems to ha happened multiple times in the last few weeks.
I appreciate that safety is very important but could you look into why this is happening and see if there is a way it could be lessened?
Also, could I request a FOI request about how many times this alarm has gone off in the last six months?’
Could you please look in tot his. Thank you.
