You asked
Please could you confirm how many Highbury & Islington to West Croydon services have been 1) cancelled or terminated at New Cross Gate, and 2) diverted to Crystal Palace, between 26 December and 14 January.
The service on this line has been deteriorating for some time (delayed trains, last-minute diversions, and further delays and inconvenience all round ), and I would like to make an official complaint to the Mayor of London and my local MP.
