Follow-up to FOI-2872-2223: Can I asked FOI request if there any agreement between TfL and Croydon Council for the red route section on Winterbourne Road, Thornton Heath where TfL is the traffic authority; that allows Croydon Council to be start a pedestrian zone (that would be covered under TSRGD) on this section of road.

I can confirm that there is no such written agreement.
