You asked
I have been given this email address in order to ask about obtaining some information about footfall at London's train stations. Do you have the figures for how many people use your transport services over all train stations for the year 2019? I have the figures for 2017 for annual numbers, but I am looking for the most recent and up to date figures for footfall at stations between 6am and 2pm please. Are you able to provide me with those figures?

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 13 January 2020 asking for information about footfall at London’s train stations.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. You asked for 2019 figures for footfall at all London Underground and Overground stations between 6am and 2pm.
The information you have requested is still being finalised for the 2019 year end and is not yet complete. The data you seek for 2019 will be published around May 2020 at the following location: http://crowding.data.tfl.gov.uk/ in line with our transparency commitments. For the latest available data please refer to the published 2018 figures.
Therefore in accordance with the FOI Act, TfL is not obliged to supply you with the contract you have requested as it is subject to a statutory exemption to the right of access to information, under Section 22 of the Act. In this instance the exemption has been applied as the information you have requested is intended for future publication.
This exemption is subject to a public interest test, which requires us to assess whether the public interest in applying the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosure. In this instance, it is considered that the public interest favours the publication of this information, in context and according to the pre-determined schedule, rather than in response to your request, to ensure the information is provided accurately and in an accessible manner.
