I am requesting the first 2 Safety Audits for CS9 for the section in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. There is a lot of evidence that they exist. I have asked LBHF for them in an FOI request entitled "Safety Audits for the Safer Cycle Pathway formerly known as CS9" In response Masum Choudhury of LBHF has stated that "You requested copies of safety audits for the Safer Cycle Pathway or CS9. We do not hold this information. Please be advised that any previous safety audits being referred to would have been commissioned by Transport for London and therefore requests for these should be directed to Transport for London.
