Bus footage of 427 busa route to Hillingdon

As car insurers, we have been informed of a road traffic accident that may have been captured on the bus footage of your 427 bus to Hillingdon on 15/01/2019 at approximately 11.40am. We think there may have been some road rage between the two vehicles and one has forced another off the road. We wish to obtain a copy of the footage from all angles of your bus which may have captured the incident.
