The building I reside in was built by TfL in 1965. The building address is Albany Court South Palmer Street London SW1H 0AB
Please can I have all plans and drawings relating to the building and services.
Please also include any drawings and plans which relate to the communal heating system servicing the north and south blocks.

Thank you for your request which we received on 24 November 2023, asking for plans and drawings relating to Albany Court building, situated on South Palmer Street.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require.
The building in question is known as 14-20 Albany Court, St James Park and is leased out on a long leasehold. Please find the attached plan, dated 1965. We don’t have any other plans of the building or information on services and heating systems.
Attached is also the Land Registry Title which includes the building footprint, and highlights TfL’s interest in the building.
