Thank you for your email received by us on 7 February 2019 asking for information about ibus schedule information for various bus services operated by Sullivan Buses.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked for:

Excel, Ibus Data/Report for Sullivan Bus routes: 217 298 299 327 389 399 W9 603 605 617 626 628 629 653 683 688 692 699, Bus running numbers, duty numbers, Vehicle fleet numbers, scheduled time at main stops along each route and the actual time at the main stops along the route dated from Monday 28th Jan 2019 to 6th Feb 2019.

Please find attached the requested bus fleet information during the requested period, inclusive of service day, direction and trip. Each trip is accompanied with vehicle information and complemented by scheduled start time and scheduled end time, plus iBus recorded actual departure times for each stopping point.

Please note that in accordance with TfL’s obligations under Data Protection legislation some personal data consisting of bus running numbers and bus duty numbers, which are assigned to each individual driver, has been removed, as required by section 40(2) of the FOI Act. This is because disclosure of this personal data would be a breach of the legislation, specifically the first principle which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to disclose this personal information when the individuals have no expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the conditions which would make the processing ‘fair’.
