· General question: What do people mostly complain about regarding North Greenwich bus stops & if any, which route has the most complaints?

We have no easy way of identifying bus stop complaints by area, as there are many different ways of recording location ie by road, junction, landmark, stop/shelter ref number or name, GPS, borough, postcode etc.

However, we have carried out a search of our complaints database by searching for all complaints coded as ‘Bus Stop and Shelter’ in FY2016/17, then retrieving the customer notes and filtering these by searching for the keyword ‘Greenwich’. We then read through the results to find those which are relevant to your request. This search may therefore not have identified every complaint, but can be used to give you an idea of the number and subject of complaints which we could identify.

A total of nine complaints were found which relate to North Greenwich. Five related to the positioning of the stop, two to the stop design/facilities and two to damage/vandalism.

A breakdown of these by bus route is:
