Thank you for your request of 7^th February 2019 asking for copies of the Ticketing and Revenue Updates (TRUs) 114, 115 and 116.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require - TRUs 114 and 115 are available but TRU 116 has not yet been issued. Copies of 114 and 115 are attached with this email.

Please note that in accordance with section 40(2) of the FOI Act, any personal information that would allow an individual to be identified unfairly has been removed. This is because the disclosure of such personal data would be a breach of the Data Protection Act (DPA), specifically the first principle of the DPA which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. As these bulletins are written for an internal audience we do not believe that any of the individuals that could be identified from information within the documents would have expected that information to enter the public domain. We therefore believe that it would be unfair to disclose this personal information in these circumstances.
