I would like to make a FOI request for the most recent Uber Licence Decision Letter and the relevant Appendix A conditions attached - I am referring to the license issued as part of their new license at the end of March 2022 for 30 months.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. We do hold the information you require.
In accordance with the FOI Act, we are not obliged to supply the information you have requested as it is subject to a statutory exemption to the right of access to information, under Section 22 of the Act.
