We answered

Our ref: FOI-2930-1920/GH

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 2 January 2020 asking for information about the Sydenham hill speed camera.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require.

Please can you tell me when it was last recallabrated North bound?

Calibration certificates for the sites in Sydenham Hill show that they were both calibrated on 15 July 2019.

How many people killed or seriously injured in last 18 months?

For the 18 months to end March 2019 there were two collisions at this junction, both recorded as slight injury level. This is the latest data we hold.

How many bus drivers been prosecuted?

Speed camera infringements are issued by the police. TfL does not hold information on speeding fines issued. Bus services are operated by individual bus operators, so any tickets issued would be to the bus operators, and again TfL does not hold this information.

If this is not the information you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact me.

If you are not satisfied with this response please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal.

Yours sincerely
