This occurred on 11 October 2019

The date when an order was raised to get it repaired?

The order was raised on 15 October 2019

What remedial work had been undertaken as at 2 January 2020?

I can advise that the works were completed on 6 January 2020. With the exception of the erection of the metal mesh heras fencing to form a barrier around the shelter, no other works were carried out as at 2 January 2020.

The reason why the stop remained un-repared between the date it was reported as damaged and 2 January 2020

Unfortunately, our contractor suffered difficulties in procuring the four bay Glass Reinforced Plastic roof for the shelter, in addition to the mobilisation to undertake repairs.
