The major of London wants to expand the ULEZ zone up to M25 as he says that Central London NOx or CO2 emissions are reducing faster than outer London boroughs such as Enfield. I would like to see the statistics that prove that please, from 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. Thanks

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 18 March 2022 asking for information about NOx or CO2 emissions.

The information and the LAEI 2019 emissions are all on the London datastore which can be accessed here:

Real-time air quality data across London is publicly available on the London Air Quality Network (LAQN - https://www.londonair.org.uk/ ), which includes more than 100 monitoring sites. An additional 30 sites located across London but not part of the LAQN are also available on the Air Quality England website (https://www.airqualityengland.co.uk ). Both sites provide detailed hourly data for all monitoring sites, as well as yearly aggregated statistics.
