Thank you for your response. I would like to take this opportunity to query your responses further for clarification please as it's not clear.

1. Could you please clarify if there were any Engineers in grade MMG, MMH and MMJ who were being paid above their respective pay ranges prior to the implementation of the of the LU pay increase in 2022.
2. And of those being paid above their respective pay ranges, how many DID NOT receive a pay increase 2022.

There are none (Based on the 2021 pay increase and prior to 2022)
And of those being paid above their respective pay ranges, how many DID NOT receive a pay increase 2022.
None as per the answer to Q1.
