Follow-on from FOI-2596-1819:
Is it possible to get a more detailed explanation on why there were strikes on the Underground for the dates given? E.g why there was a breakdown in Induststrial Relations, why there was a dismissal of employee etc?

Thank you for your request received on 29 January 2019 asking for further information about strikes on the London Underground.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.
The recorded information we hold does not provide a further breakdown of the reason for the strike action. A ‘breakdown in relations’ would usually refer to a number of issues that the union/s are in discussion with us about where they feel they cannot proceed. This could be staffing issues, a specific employee issue, staff safety, or a combination of this or any other issue.
