Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 15 March 2022 asking for information about Wembley Central Railway Station.

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.

Wembley Central Station is leased to London Underground Ltd from Network Rail and forms one of the stations within the Standard Station Lease Document relating to leases of stations in North and West London dated 10th May 2018.

The rent specified for Wembley Station is £19,999 per annum. In addition we are liable to pay an Annual Long Term Charge which is calculated as a percentage of Network Rails projected maintenance and repair expenditure. For this financial year 2022/23 the LTC that will be paid to Network Rail for Wembley Central station will be £359,950.

Network Rail also maintains building insurance for the station and the premia is charged to LU, as the station facility owner.
TfL does not provide any further contributions to the Wembley Central Complex or other properties you have mentioned.
If this is not the information you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact me.
