Please provide a list of all contract renewals granted to ‘Panthea’ since FOI TfL Ref: 1936-1718 was answered. Please include 1) the value of each renewal, 2) details of any contested tender process used, 3) if any renewals were uncontested Single Source renewals please provide copies of relevant Single Source documents used to justify each extension.

Our ref: FOI-2843-1819

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 25 January 2019 asking for information about Panthea contract renewals.

Panthea has provided advice and guidance to assist the TfL senior leadership team in modernising our organisational structure, processes, operations and customer service as part of delivering a range of improvements to transport services and major financial savings programmes.

Information on all our payments of more than £250, including those made to Panthea are published on the TfL website at https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/publications-and-reports/expenditure-over-250

Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.

  1. the value of each renewal,

     

    Since the date of your previous request, services have continued to be provided by Panthea. There have been no new renewals or extensions to the existing contract.

     

     

  2. details of any contested tender process used,

     

          A competitive procurement is underway for a new framework for such services. This is the likely commercial vehicle for such services in the future.

     

     

  3. if any renewals were uncontested Single Source renewals please provide copies of relevant Single Source documents used to justify each extension.

As stated above, while services have continued, there has been no renewals of contract.
