Dear sirs My request is in relation to the Yellow Box at the junction of Berkeley Street and Piccadilly (A4), W1J. I would like to know whether this yellow box has been authorised and approved by Transport for London and whether a PCN can be legally enforced should this box or any other boxes under the authority of TfL prior to approval.

Thank you for your request received on 8 January 2018 asking for information about the yellow box at the junction of Berkeley Street with Piccadilly.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and TfL’s information access policy.

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested as we are not the highway authority for this junction. The relevant authority is the City of Westminster and they are responsible for the management of this junction and any enforcement.

Please accept our apologies that we are unable to assist you further on this occasion.
