I would like to make an FOI request for the following information.
Please can you provide information regarding TFL's current contracts for:

Wide-Area Networks (WAN)
• IP Telephony
• Mobile Phone Services
• Local Area Networks (LAN)
• Unified Communications and Cloud Telephony
• Cloud/ Data Centre Provision
• Digital Workplace (non-mobile)
• Contact Centre
For each of the contracts, please could you provide the following details where available:
•
Contract Title; Contract Description; Supplier(s); Total Contract Value; Annual Contract Value; Contract Start Date; Contract End Date; Procedure Type used to Purchase Contract (If bought through a framework, please name the framework).
For each contract, if there is a corresponding URL to an official award notice publication please can you also provide it.
If the FOI request is beyond the time/financial scope permitted by the FOIA, please advise on how to reduce the scope. If you do not have the details for a number of the points, instead of rejecting the request, please answer what you can, detailing where you do not have the information.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 3rd March 2022 asking for information about our Data Network contracts.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“Please can you provide information regarding TFL's current contracts for:

For each contract, if there is a corresponding URL to an official award notice publication please can you also provide it.” TfL does not classify or label contracts in the exact manner framed in your request. The attached spreadsheet therefore provides an extract of our contracts register giving the requested information relating to our “Data Networks” contracts. Note that a full (but reduced in terms of the information provided) copy of our contracts register (relating to contracts with a value of over £5000) can be found online here:
