1. Can you advise how many annual penalty notices were issued at Leytonstone Station Car Park for the following years 2017, 2018, 2019 by your contractor NCP.

2. For the same years, specifically can you advise how many penalty noticed were issued for not paying and displaying parking tickets, or not paying by phone/online. Of these parking tickets:

a. how many were paid?

b. how many were appealed against this specific reason, and how many appeals were won/lost.
