Spending on Cycle Lane expansion, Low Traffic Neighbourhoods and Pavement expansions
Request ID: FOI-2771-2122 Date published: 25 April 2022
You asked
Follow-up to 2589-2122: Dear Transport for London,
I appreciate what you have written, which unfortunately repeats what your original colleague has stated without much additional information.
The case provided as a 'similar case' to the ICO can be wholly distinguished on its content and I think its use to draw parallels to my case is disingenuous.
Could you advise me what information TfL does actually hold? Would it be easier to discuss the budgeted costs due to the unique post billing method you have described?
Could you advise me how to narrow my request so as to be more reasonable when taking considerations of your complicated information storage and accounts process?
I simply want information regarding the overall spend OR budgeted spend on the programmes I mentioned. I cannot accept that this is a complicated or burdensome request unless you are deliberately misunderstanding what I am asking. I am fully aware that your figures may not be 100% accurate and I am willing to take a disclaimer on that part.
