Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 1st November 2023 asking for IDAG meetings minutes and dates. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“Please may you provide the minutes of IDAG Meetings post 2023-04-06, and the next scheduled meeting dates.”
I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
The requested minutes can be found in the attached folder. Some names have been redacted under section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act, the exemption that protects against the unfair release of personal data. IDAG meet every other Thursday. The most recent meeting was on 16 November 2023. The last meeting of the year will be on 14 December, starting back on 11 January 2024. Note that there may be gaps in the schedule (and hence in the minutes provided), where meetings have been cancelled or where there has been an IDAG away-day.
