Thank you for your email of 20 December 2018. We understand that sending thousands of individual emails would not be reasonable, and neither would we want it. We understand that you exchange the requested data with the train operating companies (TOCs). Please would you let us know how you transfer the data to the TOCs, as we may be able to accept a similar transfer?

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require. You asked:
We understand that you exchange the requested data with the train operating companies (TOCs). Please would you let us know how you transfer the data to the TOCs, as we may be able to accept a similar transfer?
The data we transfer to the train operating companies are output files from Oyster Click Model (which are much smaller subset of data than what you requested) via an automatic transfer file mechanism (MoveIT) developed for the build of OCM.
