I would like to request a copy of the (TMO) Traffic Management Order in place at Harrow road w2 London The Westbound section of Harrow road w2 Between Harbet Road and harrow road Roundabout. I would like to request a copy of the traffic management order for Harrow road W2 between Harbet road and bishops Bridge W2 westbound. The TMO that permits the Metropolitan police to conduct mobile speed gun traps in this location and enables them to enforce points and a fine to drivers breaking the speed limit. The same TMO that has taken into account drivers travelling westbound on the Marylebone flyover (A40) and exiting on to the harrow road westbound from a 30mph zone into a 20mph zone with all correct signage.

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require. The section of road that you are referring to is not on the Transport for London Road Network which we are responsible for. Westminster City Council are the authority responsible, so you may wish to refer your request to them.
