How many taxi drivers licenses in the month of November 2019 have been refused to renew by TfL because the driver has previously sourced help for anxiety?

Thank you for your request received on 7 December 2019 asking for information about the refusal of taxi licences.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we hold some of the information you require.

We are unable to answer your first question relating to a tweet (https://mobile.twitter.com/jr71/status/1203001866361155584). We are not able to identify the licence holder in this tweet. Were we able to identify them this information would be in accordance with our obligations under Data Protection legislation as required by section 40(2) of the FOI Act.

I can confirm that in November 2019, we did not refuse to renew any licences because the driver had previously sourced help for anxiety.
