You asked
Hi. I would like to know how much money has TfL paid in daily ULEZ charges since it came into force in April?
I would also like to see a full list of every vehicle in TfL's operational fleet. Sorted by type of vehicle, fuel type, and the Euro standard.
Thanks

Thank you for your email received by Transport for London (TfL) on 3 December 2019.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require. You asked:

TfL has an operational fleet of 1,263 vehicles (including Dial-a-Ride). TfL has worked hard to upgrade or replace non-ULEZ compliant vehicles with vehicles that meet ULEZ standards. We expect this to be complete in the next few weeks.
In the meantime, work continues to ensure the instances of non-compliant vehicles driving into the Central London ULEZ are minimised. Since the scheme started there have been an average of four entries into the ULEZ per day by non-compliant TfL vehicles. ULEZ incursions were generated by 140 vehicles from the TfL fleet, totalling £15,400. ULEZ daily charges have been paid for each of these instances, totalling £15,400.
All Dial-a-Ride vehicles operating in the central London ULEZ zone are ULEZ-compliant and have not incurred the ULEZ charge.
I would also like to see a full list of every vehicle in TfL's operational fleet. Sorted by type of vehicle, fuel type, and the Euro standard.
As requested, details about TfL’s operational fleet are below. As set out above, the majority of these are ULEZ compliant. The small number of remaining vehicles will very soon be upgraded or replaced to meet the ULEZ standards.
Please find below the breakdown for TfL’s support fleet of vehicles.

All DAR buses will be of Euro VI standard by October 2021 at the latest to ensure readiness for ULEZ expansion.
London buses are not part of TfL’s operational fleet. All London buses driving in the central London zone meet or exceed the ULEZ emission standards and we currently operate Europe’s largest electric bus fleet. Data on the bus fleet is published on the TfL website at https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/publications-and-reports/bus-fleet-data-and-audits.
All TfL buses will meet or exceed the ULEZ standards by October 2020 at the latest.
