I would like to request the CCTV footage for bus 344 to Clapham Junction on 17 December 2017. This footage is necessary as I fell on the bus (which was entirely my own fault) and I would like to see how the impact of my fall has resulted in my injuries. I am unsure if the CCTV footage requested comes under the FOI Act or the Data Protection Act, so any help you can provide would be very much appreciated.

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require. Bus services in London are operated on TfL’s behalf by individual bus companies.

TfL does not hold CCTV footage from buses and you would therefore need to contact the bus operator to see if they hold the CCTV footage you are looking for.
