How many TFL operational staff including RPIS (revenue protection inspectors) lost equipment and what action was taken against them by management in terms of Advice & Guidance and disciplinary action over last couple of years

We answered

Thank you for your emails received by us on 29 March, 28 April and 3 May 2017 asking for information about how many Bus Revenue Protection Inspectors received the maximum reimbursement for optician glasses for the purpose of computer use and other screen display devices. Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding.

The following part of your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy, whilst your other questions have been brought to the attention of our Customer Services team for a direct reply. I can confirm that we hold the information you require.

I can advise that at the time of your request 74 Bus Revenue Protection Inspectors received this reimbursement.
