Request ID: FOI-2635-2122 Date published: 08 March 2022
You asked
Dear FOI team
I hope this email finds you well.
The Kensington Square Residents Association would like to make a FOI request relating to all council documentation (internal council meetings leading up to key decision and minutes) regarding the Kensington BID (Business Improvement District). These communications should be starting September 2019 to now.
In particular we would like to focus on:
1. any communication regarding residents consultation
2. any communication with Queens Gate councillors
3. any communication with Kensington Society (xxxxxxx)
4. any communications mentioning Kensington Square.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Clarification received 17/02/2022: we would need to see emails between staff relating to conversations and consultations with residents referenced in the Key Decision document of RBKC to adopt the BID. As such you can exclude all emails with businesses, which would assist you substantially to narrow the scope, as our focus is the process on residents inclusion and consultation.
Also as already mentioned, we would need to include any RBKC communication for the BID referencing Kensington Square (including with QUEENS GATE councillors and Kensington Society).
