How can I access the noise study report for Custom House Station? Has a report been made since the Elizabeth line opened (this is the report I would like to see).
The FOI response published at the link below indicates that noise surveys may be conducted upon receipt of a complaint. I would also like to know if any surveys have been conducted for Custom House station since the opening of the Elizabeth line. Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 16 January 2023 asking for a Noise Study Report for Custom House Station.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require - no noise studies have been undertaken by the Elizabeth line infrastructure team since opening last year.
