Thank you for your request which we received on 13 November 2024, asking for tender requirements pertaining to bus routes 1 and 24.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You specifically asked:
Could I please see the tender requirements pertaining to bus routes 24 and 168 (now route 1) specifically pertaining the vehicle specifications for each route. I note that in the document: Transport for London - London’s Bus Contracting and Tendering Process: 5.5 that 'The operator may choose the vehicle manufacturer as long as the vehicles meet all of the criteria in the vehicle specification'. It is this specification for both routes that I would like to see.
