I would like to know the purpose of this particular camera: 9738 Falloden Way / Northway / Hill Rise Specifically, I'd like to know which Parking and Moving Traffic Contraventions you have issued PCNs for in the past, and any this camera may be used to enforce in the future. I'd also be interested in any other uses for this camera.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 21 December 2018 asking for information about the camera at 9738 Falloden Way / Northway / Hill Rise.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked:

I would like to know the purpose of this particular camera: 9738 Falloden Way / Northway / Hill Rise. Specifically, I'd like to know which Parking and Moving Traffic Contraventions you have issued PCNs for in the past, and any this camera may be used to enforce in the future. I'd also be interested in any other uses for this camera.

In the last 18 months we have enforced the following offences at locations visible by camera 9738:

  • Parked in a designated disabled person’s parking place without displaying a valid disabled person’s badge in the prescribed manner

     

  • Stopped where prohibited (on a red route or clearway)

     

  • Parked in a loading place or bay during restricted hours without loading

     

  • Stopped on a restricted bus stop or stand

Any future enforcement will reflect the demand within the area.
