Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 2nd January 2023 asking for information about London Underground Customer Service Assistant shift patterns.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“I hereby make a FOI request to obtain the current shift patterns for Customer Service Assistants (CSAs) Levels 1 and 2 for the following Cover Groups on the Underground:
-Victoria Centre; -King's Cross; -Piccadilly Centre; and -Hammersmith and City Centre.”
I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require.
The attached folder contains the rosters, including for CSA1 and CSA2 roles, for the Cover Groups requested, except for a ‘Hammersmith & City Centre’ Cover Group, which does not exist. If there any particular stations you were interested in for that area please let us know and we can consider the matter further.
These rosters are correct as of the date of your request but may be subject to change in the future.
