Route tests and Shelter replacement works in Barnet

1) Please provide copies of agendas and minutes of all 'route tests' attended by the Bus Service Delivery Manager for the London Borough of Barnet since the start of 2020.
2) Please provide a list of the location of all bus shelters planned to be replaced by newer style shelters (black or grey-style with the stop name on the end-caps) in the London Borough of Barnet, and proposed dates for these replacements.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 28th January 2022 asking for information about bus services in Barnet.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“1) Please provide copies of agendas and minutes of all 'route tests' attended by the Bus Service Delivery Manager for the London Borough of Barnet since the start of 2020.
2) Please provide a list of the location of all bus shelters planned to be replaced by newer style shelters (black or grey-style with the stop name on the end-caps) in the London Borough of Barnet, and proposed dates for these replacements.”
The material we hold in relation to question 1 is attached. Note that contact details and the names of any external staff have been redacted under section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act, the exemption that applies to the unfair release of personal data. Note also that the dates on the agendas may not always match the date of the minutes as some meetings had to be re-scheduled.
In relation to question 2, there are currently 20 planned shelter renewals within the London Borough of Barnet, shown in the table below. However, note that delivery is dependent on our future budget and further consideration of feasibility. Therefore there is the possibility that not all of these shelters will be delivered.
